I text Biddle Services (via the website) for emergency services last Sunday. Erica was my first contact and quickly connected me to her husband, Robby (the technician and owner of company). Robby arrived same day within the time frame Erica mentioned, and was able to solve my AC issue within the hour. Both Robby and Erica were professional, pleasant to work with and timely in regards ro their responses. I plan to schedule future services for electric and hvac upkeep and I would highly recommend Biddle Services.

Biddle's Services is a fantastic company to work with. We had a copper pipe that was starting to leak due to pinholes. Robbie was able to quickly come out and give us an estimate for repairs. Biddle's Services was extremely flexible with their scheduling and made the repairs quickly. We highly recommend them!

Biddle’s Services was recommended to us when our old HVAC system broke in the middle of a heat wave. They installed a brand-new system, and the entire process was smooth from start to finish. Robby was professional, knowledgeable, and responsive. We appreciated the quick turnaround and excellent service. Highly recommend!

Robby and Erica are great to work with. Robby was prompt and thoughtful of our family's needs and proactively planned the work accordingly. Being a Master in all 3 trades, it's convenient to have Biddle's take care of multiple needs in one trip, without having to rely on or coordinate between several companies. I feel good supporting a company is woman-led and local!

If you need immediate/emergency service or you are seeking an HVAC/plumbing company with which to partner, without hesitation, I recommend Biddle Heating & Cooling. Extremely flexible, truly knowledgeable, fair, and lightning fast. I reached out this morning at 7:30 AM and by 10:30 AM, Robby had the primary issue (A/C) diagnosed and resolved. He came in and very quickly identified the problem, had the required part, replaced it, and within 10 minutes, our unit was running like new. He also discovered that our hot water heater was leaking and the chimney pipe running from the hot water heater did not meet the minimum standard required by law. By 11 AM this morning, all known issues were resolved and all issues discovered by Robby are scheduled to be resolved this week. Biddle killed it! We are now customers for life.

Biddle’s Services came to my rescue twice in the span of 2 days. The first time was to replace my ruptured water heater. Robbie did great work and was able to give me a better price than a competing company. The very next night, the ceiling in my kitchen started leaking water due to a pinhole leak in a waterline. I called Biddle’s Services again and Robby dropped what he was doing to come help me out. Can’t thank him enough. Each time I called for service I spoke to Erica, who was very pleasant to deal with. It’s hard to find companies today that have such good customer service. I would whole heartedly recommend Biddle’s Services the next time you need any HVAC, plumbing, or electrical work done for your home or business.

I called them when my wife and I were awakened by water running. Only to find the water heater failed and flooded our basement. Robby was there that day with a new water heater and he recommended to us a great disaster clean up crew as well. This was in Bowie btw.
