Robby and Erica are great to work with. Robby was prompt and thoughtful of our family's needs and proactively planned the work accordingly. Being a Master in all 3 trades, it's convenient to have Biddle's take care of multiple needs in one trip, without having to rely on or coordinate between several companies. Biddle’s Services came to my rescue twice in the span of 2 days. The first time was to replace my ruptured water heater. Robbie did great work and was able to give me a better price than a competing company. The very next night, the ceiling in my kitchen started leaking water due to a pinhole leak in a waterline. I called Biddle’s Services again and Robby dropped what he was doing to come help me out. Can’t thank him enough. Each time I called for service I spoke to Erica, who was very pleasant to deal with. It’s hard to find companies today that have such good customer service. I would whole heartedly recommend Biddle’s Services the next time you need any HVAC, plumbing, or electrical work done for your home or business.
