Extremely flexible, truly knowledgeable, fair, and lightning fast. I reached out this morning at 7:30 AM and by 10:30 AM, Robby had the primary issue (A/C) diagnosed and resolved. He came in and very quickly identified the problem, had the required part, replaced it, and within 10 minutes, our unit was running like new. He also discovered that our hot water heater was leaking and the chimney pipe running from the hot water heater did not meet the minimum standard required by law. By 11 AM this morning, all known issues were resolved and all issues discovered by Robby are scheduled to be resolved this week. Biddle killed it! We are now customers for life.

Biddle’s Services came to my rescue twice in the span of 2 days. The first time was to replace my ruptured water heater. Robbie did great work and was able to give me a better price than a competing company. The very next night, the ceiling in my kitchen started leaking water due to a pinhole leak in a waterline. I called Biddle’s Services again and Robby dropped what he was doing to come help me out. Can’t thank him enough. Each time I called for service I spoke to Erica, who was very pleasant to deal with. It’s hard to find companies today that have such good customer service.
